Dr Christian, Dr Danielle and the entire team are soooo amazing!! They're thoughtful and make the whole process so approachable (as someone with anxiety about going to any doctor apt)... would recommend them 10 times over!:)

I cannot recommend Smile First Dental Wellness highly enough. I came to Dr. Pavel for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis and treatment plan elsewhere that didn't seem right. The original recommendation felt extremely aggressive, and I was given very little explanation about why the treatment was necessary. From the moment I arrived, I had a completely different experience. Dr. Pavel spent an hour and a half with me during my consultation, carefully reviewing my concerns, conducting a thorough evaluation, and taking the time to explain everything in detail. Rather than rushing to recommend treatment, he focused on getting to the correct diagnosis and creating a thoughtful, personalized plan, even including and explaining different options and price points after reviewing my insurance. What impressed me most was Dr. Pavel's depth of knowledge and his patient, caring approach. He looks beyond simply treating symptoms and works to identify the root cause of the problem, with a focus on long-term healing, wellness, and overall health. It's rare to find a practitioner who combines such expertise with genuine compassion and a commitment to patient education. The entire staff

I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish!! The entire environment feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely family-oriented, which immediately made me feel comfortable walking in. You can really tell this is a family-owned practice that truly cares about their patients and the quality of care they provide. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire visit. Dr. Cristian and Dr. Manuel were both amazing. I came in for a crown replacement and deep cleaning, and they were extremely attentive, careful, patient, and thorough every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Overall, one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had!! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, skilled dentists and a team that truly makes you feel cared for.

Needed a new dentist and found Smile First through online research. Dr. Cristian was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and even did my initial cleaning himself. All of the staff are so nice and make you feel welcome. I have anxiety and usually hate going to the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable. They even put a weighted blanket on me to help with the anxiety. Amazing experience, and I am very happy to have found Smile First!

We were searching for a new dentist closer to home for our son, and Smile First truly exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the gentle and thorough care from the dental hygienist, every step of the visit was exceptional. Dr. Christian Pavel was incredibly kind, patient, and informative—he took time to answer all our questions and made sure our son felt comfortable and confident.
